Orders placed after the 21st of December will be posted on Wednesday 29th December.
Delivery costs vary depending on how much you spend and how quickly you would like to receive your beautiful new items.
Standard shipping (2 – 4 working days)
£3.50, or free if you spend more than £40 (after discount)
Priority shipping (1 -2 working days)
We ship the majority of our orders using Royal Mail, with exception of parcels over 2kg, we ship these with DHL. Currently, we are only able to ship to the UK. We endeavour to ship all orders placed before 2 o clock Monday – Friday within 2 working days – however, due to the current COVID situation, there may be a delay to some orders.
Sometimes things go wrong with orders and they need to be sent back, that’s ok, and sometimes people change their minds, and that’s ok too.
Our returns policy is as follows:
- We can only accept returns of items that have not been opened or used unless there is a fault with the item.
- If there is a fault with your item (it’s been broken in transit or there are some items missing etc.) then get in touch via [email protected], ideally with some photos of the issue and we’ll see what we can do. It may be a case that we can just send a new part to resolve the issue, or we may get it collected from you and we’ll send a replacement item out. We require you to inform us about any faults or issues within 7 days of receiving your item – so please check the box when it arrives just to be sure.
- If you change your mind within 7 days of making the purchase and haven’t opened the item, then get in touch via [email protected] and we will issue you with a returns number to include in the box when sending the item back so we know who to refund when the item comes back into stock. Without this returns number, there is no guarantee we will be able to associate the return with your order. You will be required to send the item back to us at your own expense, we would advise you to send it by recorded delivery so that if anything should happen in transit we will be able to track it down.
Undelivered or Damaged Orders
You have 7 days from the date you receive your ‘Order Complete’ email to report an undelivered or damaged order to us via [email protected]. We will respond within 24 hrs of any reported undelivered or damaged order claims.
We are sorry but we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged orders beyond this time frame.
For damaged orders will ask for photographic proof of damage to the item and any damage to the packaging it arrived in.
