I bought this for my 10month old grandson and this item arrived very quickly and well packaged,this walker is very well constructed and beautifully painted,my grandson was very excited to get to play with it straight away. My only one criticism is that I didn’t realise it only comes with 20 blocks and obviously there are 26 letters in the alphabet,the 6 letters from U through Z are on the opposite side of letters A through F,,I contacted Carol from Eco toys to ask was there any way that I could purchase 6 blocks with these letters on as I thought it was would be easier for my grandson or any child to learn the alphabet better and Carol contacted the supplier for me and got back to me pretty quickly and the supplier could NOT supply me with these extra blocks,this is my only criticism to the supplier not to Carol from Eco toys,her service went way beyond any service I have had in along time. Carol even wrote me a little Thankyou note on my invoice that I found very touching and it’s a service that costs nothing but you just don’t see anymore,,I have continued to buy products from this company,it feels much better buying all natural products and doing my little bit for the planet,you will not be disappointed purchasing from this company.
